We want to thank you for the work that everyone did at our residence cleaning up the sewage leak in the crawl space. Attempting to clean something like this on your own can be nearly impossible without all the resources that a professional has. So we had to call someone in and l'm glad that the call center got my name to you.

The biggest fear in using outside contractors/vendors is that you get a company that doesn't really care and just go through the motions. We're very happy to say that this wasn't the case. Everyone was very professional, courteous and really wanted to clean up the space. That speaks volume to me about dedication to a customer.

We wanted to point out specifically what Mark did. He came out and gave us very thorough and complete estimate so that we could discuss with our insurance company our options. Once we got the go ahead Mark got the ball rolling and took care of everything. He kept us abreast of what he was doing and the time table for how things would happen. And upon completion he still wanted us to make sure everything was going as he let us know that if anything was still wrong make sure to contact you and he would come out and try to rectify the situation. Again we appreciate this dedication to the customer.

So in closing we want to thank everyone again as we know how disgusting this job was and how much we appreciate the quality of your service.

To Whom it may concern,

I would like to take this time to thank you and the men that you have working for you, with out you I really dont know what we would of done. ln March of this year 2O11, we had a water pipe break in our basement and flood our whole downstairs, and as devestating that this was for us little did we know that with just a phone call away to your Company Absolutely Dry we would be well taken care of. Your men that showed up to the job treated myself and my mom as if it were their own family, and were as caring as they could be. No matter how little of item that was in the house they tried to save it for us. The time and energy that was put in was amazing, and through all the questions that I would ask they took the time to answer them on the spot for me with out making me feel as if I was bothering them. I would recommend your company to anyone who has ever had water damage, I honestly feel that there is no other company that could of come out on such short notice and do the job as well as your men did. Thank you very much for making us feel as if our home was the only home that needed help.
